Метаболические и реологические аспекты состояния функции печени у больных туберкулезом легких при комплексном применении глутаргина и магнитолазеротерапии

Abstract

Представлена оценка гепатотропной активности комплексного применения глутаргина и магнитолазерной терапии (МЛТ) у больных ВДТБ легких на фоне проводимой специфической антибактериальной полихимиотерапии. Эффективность терапии оценивалась по состоянию оксидантно-антиоксидантной системы (ОАС) и показателей реогепатографии (РГГ). Показано, что глутаргин нормализует кровоток в печеночной артерии, усиливая пульсовое кровенаполнение печени. МЛТ, дополняя действие гепатопротектора, предотвращает или уменьшает нарушения в системе микроциркуляции и венозного оттока печени. Глутаргин оказывает более выраженное действие на показатели ОАС, МЛТ – на показатели РГГ. Комплексное применение глутаргина и МЛТ имеет преимущества перед результатами их применения порознь.The estimation of hepatoprotective activity of complex application of glutargin and magnitolaserotherapy (МLT) at suffered from lungs tuberculosis persons on background of spent specific antibacterial polychemotherapy is introduced. Efficiency of therapy was estimated on condition of oxidative-antioxidative system (ОАS) and indicators of reohepatography (RGG). It is shown that results of glutargin application for correction АОS concede to the data of its combination with МLT. Glutargin normalized a bloodstream in a hepatic artery, reinforce of liver pulse volume. МLT, supplementing action of hepatoprotectors, prevents or reduce of disturbances in system of microcirculation and venous outflow of liver. Glutargin more expressed effect has on indicators ОАS, МLТ on indicators of RGG. Complex application of glutargin and MLT has advantages before results of their application separately.
