Abstract

On the basis of a retrospective analyses there were determined some factors that include postpartum woman to at low risk groupofpurulent-septic disease's development. The analyzed data: clinical blood analysis (CBA), nativeswab from the cervix, the presence of the pathogen in the bacteriological seeding, signs of inflammation on histological examination of the placenta. Henceforth obstetric patients related to the low-risk group, ultrasound irrigation of vagina and cervix was carried. As liquid, in one case they used antiseptic-0.05% hydrotherapeutic chlorhexidine bigluconate liquid; in the second case distilled water was used. Results of passed prevention were evaluated on the base of thermometry, the change of CBA number, dynamics of bacteriological examination of the cervix, and native swab, ultrasound monitoring.
