
Статья посвящена рассмотрению возможных сценариев развития рынка труда города Сочи в постолимпийский период. На основе построенной имитационной модели социально-демографической системы муниципального образования проведен сценарный анализ ключевых показателей исследуемой области. Представлены возможные прогнозы занятости, численности населения и других индикаторов рынка труда. Статья может быть полезна всем, кто работает на рынке города-курорта Сочи, а также интересующимся проблемами системных дисбалансов рынка труда. The article considers possible scenarios of labor market development in Sochi after the Olympic games. The author has performed a scenario analysis of the key indices of the studied sphere based on the created simulation model of social and demographic system of a municipal unit. Possible forecasts concerning employment, population and other labor market indicators are presented. The article may be useful to any person working in the market of the resort town of Sochi, as well as to anyone who takes interest in the problems of systemic imbalances of labor markets.
