Интегративный подход к изучению факторов формирования психологических реакций пациентов соматической клиники

Abstract

The article examined the relationship of intrapersonal, clinical and socio-environmental factors and psychological reactions of the patients of therapeutic, neurological and surgical hospitals. Integrative approach to studying the formation of the psychological reactions of patients of somatic clinic: the identification of general and specific psychological features of the diagnostic and treatment process of patients of therapeutic, neurological and surgical hospitals can be applied by the clinical psychologist of somatic hospitals in connection with the specification of differentiated ways of psychological adjustment. Specificity of intrapersonal relationships, socio-environmental and clinical factors and psychological reactions of the patients, depending on the profile of the department in the medical diagnostic process determines the target of psychological intervention is the criterion for the differential treatment of clinical psychologist somatic clinic.

В статье рассмотрена взаимосвязь внутриличностных, клинических и социально-средовых факторов и психологических реакций пациентов терапевтического, неврологического, хирургического стационаров в лечебно-диагностическом процессе. Интегративный подход к изучению факторов формирования психологических реакций пациентов соматической клиники обеспечивает возможность выявить наиболее значимые факторы для врачей, медицинских сестер и посетителей клиники, общие и специфические. Знание специфики взаимосвязи внутриличностных, социально-средовых и клинических факторов и психологических реакций пациентов в зависимости от профиля стационара в лечебно-диагностическом процессе позволяет определить мишени психологической коррекции и является критерием для дифференциального подхода работы медицинского психолога в соматической клинике.
