Статья посвящена проблеме эмоционального выгорания в профессиональной деятельности врачей и педагогов, рассмотрены понятие «эмоциональное выгорание», особенности профессиональной деятельности врачей и педагогов, проведено детальное сравнение наличия и особенностей исследуемого синдрома у врачей и педагогов.
