Abstract

Established clinical and functional features of mitral valve prolapse in 150 adolescents (16-21 years) with mitral valve prolapse. We used clinical and instrumental methods. It is shown that with mitral valve prolapse observed remodeling of the left ventricle, accompanied by their reduced systolic function, as well as changes in the bioelectric activity of the heart.
