Abstract

The article concerns the topical questions of harmonization of accounting systems methodology in the System of National Accounts (SNA) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In the article are analyzed principles of identification in SNA and IFRS of the structural units performing the economic activity, their distinctive features and problem aspects of harmonization at the level of formed reporting data. Analyzed the recommendations contained in the SNA and IFRS methodology in reference to concepts, contents, used classifications and the accounting operations relating to economic assets.

Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам гармонизации методологии учета в Системе национальных счетов (СНС) и Международных стандартах финансовой отчетности (МСФО). В статье анализируются принципы идентификации в СНС и МСФО структурных единиц, осуществляющих экономическую деятельность, выявляются их особенности и проблемные аспекты гармонизации на уровне формируемых отчетных данных. Анализируются рекомендации, содержащиеся в методологии СНС и МСФО в части понятий, содержания, используемых классификаций и учетных операций, относящихся к экономическим активам.
