В настоящем исследовании приведены результаты хирургического лечения 33 пациентов с большими и гигантскими послеоперационными вентральными грыжами в сочетании с профилактикой спаечной болезни брюшной полости: у 24 из них мы выполнили натяжную аллопластику с инстилляцией «Мезогеля», у 9 не натяжную аллопластику композитной полипропиленовой сеткой «Parietene composite».

This study presents the results of surgical treatment of 33 patients with large and giant postoperative ventral hernia in conjunction with prevention of adhesive disease of the abdominal cavity: in 24 of them we performed tension with alloplastic instillation of «Mezogel», in 9 non-tension alloplastic composite polypropylene mesh «Parietene composite».
