Abstract

The article describes the politics of mitigation of crisis-related processes in the context of transformational economy, when the form local and regional threat turned into the global ones, whereas the latter assumed a planetary dimension. In this situation truly tectonic changes take place in all spheres of life, first of all in the sphere of security, economy, ecology and social relations; these problems are tightly connected with each other, hence the necessity of their complex understanding. Against this background, the authors attach particular importance to the systemic analysis of the real economic situation in Russia, constructive solutions of the existing problems and defining the mechanisms of the further development
