Abstract

Несмотря на то, что в настоящее время профилактика кариозных поражений приобретает первостепенное значение, вопросы диагностики и лечения кариеса неизменно находятся в центре внимания отечественных и зарубежных клиницистов. На сегодняшний день не сформировалось единого мнения по вопросу о лекарственных подкладочных материалах. В современной литературе стала появляться информация о методе лечения, основанном на применении светочувствительных веществ – фотосенсибилизаторов – и света определённой длины волны. Целью исследования стало изучение эффективности применения метода фотоактивируемой дезинфекции и материала «Calcicur» при лечении глубокого кариеса зубов. В результате было установлено, что применение «Calcicur» более эффективно, чем использование традиционных методов с лечебными прокладками, например «Dycal». «Calcicur» в сочетании с методом фотоактивируемой дезинфекции обеспечивают нормализацию состояния пульпы быстрее, стабилизируют электровозбудимость пульпы. Очевидно, что кроме одонтотропного эффекта «Calcicur» имеют значение и выраженные антимикробные свойства за счёт высокого pH, способствующие предотвращению осложнений.

Despite the fact that the current prevention of carious lesions is of paramount importance, issues of diagnosis and treatment of dental caries invariably are the focus of domestic and foreign clinicians. To date, no consensus emerged on the issue of drugs lining materials. In modern literature began to appear information about the method of treatment based on the use of light-sensitive substances photosensitizers and light at a specific wavelength. The aim of the study was to investigate the efficacy of the method of photoactivated disinfection and material «Calcicur» in the treatment of deep caries. As a result, it was found that the use of «Calcicur» is more effective than the use of traditional therapeutic methods spacers such «Dycal». «Calcicur» coupled with photoactivated disinfection method provide faster normalization condition pulp stabilize electroexcitability pulp. It is obvious that in addition to the effect odontotropnogo «Calcicur» matter and expressed antimicrobial properties due to the high pH, help prevent complications.
