Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы информационно-правового обеспечения государственного управления. В работе излагаются концептуальные положения информационно-правового обеспечения государственного управления. Автором указывается, что эффективность решений принимаемых органами государственной власти зависит от качества информации, средств и методов ее обработки. Поэтому одной из важнейших проблем информационного обеспечения государственных органов является определение достаточности информационного обеспечения.

In the article the questions, concerning legal support information of the state administration are analyzed. Conceptual bases of information legal support of the state administration are also set out in the work. It is pointed out by the author that the efficiency of decisions made by public authorities depends on information quality, means and methods of its analysis. That's why sufficiency of information support public authorities is one of the most important problems in this sphere.
