Решение проблемы создания конечно-элементных моделей для проектирования автомобильных кресел с активными подголовниками, отвечающими требованиям пассивной безопасности

Abstract

В работе созданы рациональные конечно-элементные модели подголовников и выполнен их анализ с позиций оценки погрешностей моделирования и соответствия требованиям норм ЕЭК ООН №25. Проведена оценка данных моделей с точки зрения погрешностей результатов и трудозатрат на разработку и решение с помощью программных комплексов, реализующих МКЭ (ANSYS, Femap и LS-DYNA), а также влияния свойств материалов, из которых изготовлен подголовник, на результаты решения. Расчёты на базе МКЭ дают возможность получения всего массива информации о процессе аварийного нагружения, необходимого для проведения расчётной оценки безопасности кресел легковых автомобилей в случае задних столкновений.
