Лечебный эффект липосомальных наноконтейнеров, содержащих лекарственные препараты, при сальмонеллезной интоксикации

Abstract

При сальмонеллезной интоксикации установлены изменения показателей перекисного окисления липидов в крови: увеличение малонового диальдегида (МДА), суммарной пероксидазной активности (СПА), уменьшение активности каталазы. Для коррекции выявленных нарушений использовали растворы лекарственных средств: рибоксин, эссенциале, селенит натрия, ƒ-токоферол, аскорбиновую кислоту, вводимые белым мышам внутрибрюшинно, а также препараты, инкапсулированные в липосомы. Введение растворов лекарственных средств приводило к снижению содержания МДА, незначительному увеличению активности каталазы и дальнейшему снижению СПА. У экспериментальных животных, которым проводили лечение липосомальными лекарственными средствами внутрибрюшинно и перорально, нормализация всех показателей происходила быстрее, особенно при пероральном введении.
