Организация совместной деятельности преподавателей вузов: проблемы и перспективы

Abstract

В статье выделены и проанализированы виды и признаки совместной деятельности преподавателей вузов. Рассмотрена совместная деятельность, направленная на повышение педагогического мастерства преподавателей, создания условий для их индивидуального развития, повышения организационной эффективности взаимодействий преподавателей на примере реализации этого вида деятельности в рамках международного европейского проекта Tempus-Tasis.Kinds and features of teacher joint activity in high schools are allocated and analyzed in the article. The teacher joint activity is directed on increase of teacher pedagogical skill, creation of conditions for their individual development, increase of organizational efficiency of teachers' interactions. Аn example of teacher joint activity's organization in the frame of the international European project Tempus-Tasis are considered.
