Abstract

Развитие информационных технологий предоставляет возможность экстремистским группировкам не только управлять информационными потоками в информационном пространстве, но и превращать страты, находящиеся под воздействием, в психологические мишени. Поэтому сегодня все чаще экстремистами избираются средства и приемы ведения информационно-психологических войн, которые могут привести, во-первых, к долговременным изменениям в социально-политическом строе общества, во-вторых, к обострению политической борьбы и использованию прямых форм насилия, в-третьих, к частичному изменению или поражению центральной нервной системы человека. В качестве основных приемов информационно-психологического воздействия на массовое сознание чаще всего используются политическими (религиозно-политическими) экстремистскими группировками технологии психологического манипулирования в СМИ, средства и приемы пропаганды и агитации и дезинформирование, направленные на создание ложных стереотипов, моделей поведения, выгодных для манипулятора. Активным средством в агитационной практике религиозно-политического экстремизма становится агитационный плакат, характеризующийся своей образностью, информативностью, доступностью для молодежи, являющейся психологически незащищенной и мало знающей об истории и основах ислама.

Development of information technologies gives extremist groups an opportunity to not only manage information flows in the informational space, but to transform strata that are under this influence into psychological targets. Today extremists choose ways and means of information and psychological wars, which can lead, first of all, to the long-term changes in the social and political order, secondly, they can cause escalation of political struggle and violence and thirdly, they can partially change or harm the central nervous system of a person. The main means of information and psychological influence on mass consciousness used by political (religious-political) extremist groups are technologies of psychological manipulation in mass media, ways and means of propaganda and misinforming aimed at construction of false stereotypes and models of behavior suitable for manipulator. A wide-spread means of manipulation in religious-political extremism is a propaganda poster, which is characterized by its imagery potential, informative component, accessibility for the youth who are psychologically immature and have little knowledge of the history and bases of Islam.
