Abstract

Nowadays quite a large number of oil-destructor biological products containing various strains of microorganisms or their associations is known. Polybacterial preparations obtain ample adaptation and ecological opportunities for their use in the course of cleaning. Application of consortium of the oil-destructors microorganisms as natural symbiotic associations of various strains of microorganisms, allows carrying out reclamation, accelerating the biological oxidation of pollution and transforming oil products to carbon dioxide and water. From a grey forest oil-polluted soil consortium of microorganisms of Acinetobacter sp. IB DT-5.1/1 and Ochrobactrum sp. IB DT-5.3/2 is allocated. The ability of the consortium to oxidation of various chemical structures is studied. The oxidizing activity was determined by the carbon dioxide amount emitted after titration with the acid. The consortium possesses rather a high oxidizing ability (mg of CO2/g of a substratum) in relation to individual hydrocarbons of a paraffin row (heptane (170), dean (140), undecane (175), dodecane (181)), to naphthenic hydrocarbons (cyclohexane (110)), to aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene (96), toluene (89), about – a xylol (100), naphthalene (92)), to oil (144) and oil fractions (diesel fuel (163), basic lubricant oil (120), paraffin (177)) and to some oxidized hydrocarbons (isopropyl alcohol (89), hexadecane alcohol (219), phenol (43)). Therefore, the use of the microorganism consortium of Acinetobacter sp IB DT-5.1/1 and Ochrobactrum sp. IB DТ-5.3/2 is treated as perspective a biological product for weeding from pollution by oil and its derivatives.
