Abstract

The article gives a brief overview of the international researches dealing with the impact of the social factors on the medical students’ choice of occupation field. On the ground of the data it is emphasized the relevance of the monitoring of determinants, which affect the medical graduates’ specialization in the context of the implementation of the HR policy of the national healthcare system.

В статье дается краткий обзор зарубежных исследований, посвященных влиянию различных социальных факторов на формирование профессионального выбора студентов-медиков. На основании приведенных данных делается вывод о важности мониторинга детерминант, оказывающих влияние на специализацию выпускников медицинских вузов в контексте осуществления кадровой политики национальной системы здравоохранения.
