Abstract

В статье рассматривается правовое регулирование налогового обложения обрабатывающих промыслов во второй половине XIX начале XX в. в обширном регионе России Степном крае. Обращается внимание на влияние экономико-географических условий региона на размеры налогообложения в области промысловой деятельности и на развитие промыслов крестьянства и казачества.
