Abstract

Highlights the history of the question about the possibility of occasional turn of physical experiment in the epicenter of the cosmic disaster. The current situation in experimental physics of ultra-high energy compared with the situation of the epoch of the first nuclear weapon tests in the atmosphere, under water. The proposed physicists calculations abstract mathematical degrees of risk could not substitute for the expertise on the basis of an accurate understanding of the studied natural processes on the merits. It is shown that the risk-direct experiments in deep in the field of physics of ultra-high energy there are methodological alternatives.
