The state and trends of the meat industry development in the Altai Region are discussed. The sources of raw materials of the industry are described; the data on meat products output in the enterprises of the Altai Region is presented. The problems and objectives of the industry in the medium-term are outlined.

Представлена характеристика сырьевой базы отрасли, дана информация по производству мясопродуктов на предприятиях Алтайского края.
