Abstract

In article on the basis of the analysis of the norms of the criminal codes of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus is given criminal-legal assessment of the criminalization of acts, as the subjects of which are the parents. Proposals on improvement of legal regulation of their responsibility both in Russia and in Belarus are made.

В статье на основе анализа норм уголовных кодексов Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь дается уголовно-правовая оценка криминализации деяний, в качестве субъектов которых выступают родители. Вносятся предложения по совершенствованию правового регулирования их ответственности как в России, так и в Беларуси.
