The composition of eicosanoic acids C20 in erythrocytes lipids of women whose pregnancy was complicated with severe forms of herpes-virus infection is described in the work. The increase of arachidic, eicosenoic, eicosadienoic, eicosatrienoic, arachidonic fatty acids is established at simultaneous reduction of the contents of eicosapentaenoic acid in conditions of aggravation of the infection with a titer of antibodies IgG to a virus of a simple herpes-1 1:12800.
