Abstract

Encouraging the sanctions are aimed at satisfaction of private interests of participants of legal relations. Encouraging private law sanctions in General meet the requirements for sanctions promotional type, because they are clearly defined specifically encourage behavior, actions on implementation of the promotion are formulated specifically, the imperative indicating the minimum limits for remuneration.

Поощрительные санкции направлены на удовлетворение частных интересов участников правоотношений. Поощрительные санкции частного права в целом отвечают требованиям, предъявляемым к санкциям поощрительного типа, поскольку в них чётко определено специально поощряемое поведение, действия по реализации поощрения формулируются конкретно, императивно с указанием минимальных пределов вознаграждения.
