In article value of the prevention of secondary victimization of victims due to the activity of police with the aim of search of the practical directions of application of results of researches which in this sphere is considered. The directions of the prevention of this phenomenon connected with improvement of the organization of law-enforcement service, studying the reasons and circumstances promoting emergence of secondary victimization of the victims are considered.

В статье рассматривается значение предупреждения вторичной вик- тимизации потерпевших в деятельности полиции в целях поиска практи- ческих направлений применения результатов исследований в данной обла- сти. Рассматриваются направления предупреждения данного явления, связанные с совершенствованием организации правоохранительной служ- бы, изучением причин и условий, способствующих возникновению вторич- ной виктимизации потерпевших.
