В статье анализируются особенности процесса формирования информационного общества в восточноазиатских странах АТР, в том числе региональная интеграция, а также взаимопереплетение процесса построения информационного общества, с одной стороны, и сложившейся региональной производственной цепочки, построенной в рамках восточноазиатской модели догоняющего развития - стаи «диких летящих гусей» (wild flying geese), с другой.

The article analyzes the characteristics of the formation of the Information Society in the East Asian Pacific countries, including regional integration, as well as the interactions between the process of building the information society on the one hand, and established regional production chain, built within the East Asian model of catching up pack of “wild geese flying», on the other
