Влияние инновационного потенциала промышленной корпорации на оценку эффективности управления хозяйственным портфелем

Abstract

Дается оценка эффективности управления набором стратегических бизнес-единиц. Для этого был проведен обзор методологии анализа среды функционирования и ее основных моделей, а также рассмотрена применимость данной методологии для изучения оценки эффективности управления набором стратегических бизнес-единиц с учетом инновационного потенциала предприятия.

Upon the Data Envelopment Analysis and the analysis of its main models, we estimated the management efficiency for a set of strategic business units. In addition, we considered the applicability of said technique subject to the innovative potential of an enterprise.
