Abstract

Статья посвящена теоретическому обоснованию проблемы формирования профессиональной мобильности будущих специалистов. Рассматривается её актуальность, важность для профессионального становления личности в современных условиях. Анализируется содержательное наполнение понятия «профессиональная мобильность», акцентируется связь профессиональной мобильности со способом жизни и его составляющими, среди которых - жизненный путь, стиль жизни, социокультурные ценности, картина мира, потребности и способы их удовлетворения, самостоятельность личности, ответственность за принятие решений и др. Представленные различные аспекты способа жизни позволяют сделать вывод о том, что готовность к изменению способа жизни можно рассматривать как обобщенный показатель профессиональной мобильности личности.

The article is dedicated to theoretical substantiation of future specialists’ professional mobility forming. Its actuality, importance for achievement of professional personhood in modern conditions is observed. The content of the concept “professional mobility” is analysed, connection between professional mobility and way of life and its components, among which there are a path of life, life style, social and cultural values, world picture, needs and ways of their satisfaction, personal autonomy and responsibility for decision making is emphasized. Presented different aspects of life bring us to the conclusion that readiness to change conduct of life may be considered a generalized factor of a person professional mobility.
