Abstract

Представлен обзор литературы, посвященный методам профилактики и терапии тромбозов у онкологических больных. Особое внимание уделено вопросам, касающимся эффективности применения антикоагулянтов в лечении больных злокачественными новообразованиями с целью увеличения продолжительности их жизни, влиянию антитромботических средств на рост и метастазирование опухолей.

The literature review devoted to the methods of prevention and treatment of thrombosis in cancer patients has been presented. Special consideration has been given to problems regarding the efficacy of anticoagulants in the treatment of cancer patients with the aim to improve their survival.
