Оцінка ефективності процесу перевезення вантажів

Abstract

An improved method for evaluating freight transportation process using matrix modelling has been suggested. This procedure involves constructing matrices that describe the distinct stages of transport process: loading, handling, unloading. For this purpose the approaches to determine efficiency indices have been considered. According to the criteria the indices have been selected and regulated, ordered series of indices to be included in each of the matrices have been formed. The approach to determine an integral estimate of the efficiency of freight transportation process, which is based on the results of calculating matrices, has also been substantiated.

Запропоновано удосконалену методику оцінки ефективності процесу перевезення вантажів за допомогою матричного моделювання. Методика передбачає побудову матриць, що характеризують окремі етапи процесу перевезень: навантаження, переміщення вантажу, розвантаження. Для цього були розглянуті підходи до визначення показників ефективності, за допомогою критеріїв було проведено вибір показників, їх упорядкування та сформовано упорядковані ряди показників, що увійдуть до кожної з матриць. Також обґрунтовано підхід до визначення інтегральної оцінки ефективності процесу перевезень вантажів на підставі результатів розрахунку матриць.
