Психофизиологический профиль и вегетативный статус у юных футболистов и баскетболистов 10-15 лет, занимавшихся в режиме ДЮСШОР

Abstract

У юных футболистов и баскетболистов, занимавшихся в режиме детско-юношеской спортивной школы олимпийского резерва, изучен психофизиологический профиль, установлен уровень психоэмоционального напряжения, выявлены функциональные и адаптивные возможности кардиореспираторной системы в зависимости от возраста, тренированности и вида спорта. На основании сочетания указанных факторов, характеризующих поведенческие и гомеостатические механизмы адаптации индивида, определялся уровень функциональной и психологической подготовленности юных спортсменов к тренировочно-соревновательной деятельности.
