Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам профилактики повторного инсульта и постинсультной деменции у больных с артериальной гипертонией. Анализируются результаты ключевого исследования PROGRESS, которые определили современную тактику ведения пациентов, перенесших инсульт или транзиторную ишемическую атаку.

The article deals with prevention of recurrent stroke and stroke-related dementia in patients with arterial hypertension. PROGRESS trial showed the modern treatment options for patients after stroke or transient ischemic attack
