Abstract

In article the basic components of professional development process are considered, spheres of the personality in the case of which this development is carried out are allocated. The content and the role of value-semantic, intellectual, operationally active and evaluation-reflective spheres are defined.

В статье рассматриваются основные компоненты процесса профессионального развития, выделяются сферы личности, в отношении которых это развитие осуществляется. Определяется содержание и роль ценностно-смысловой, интеллектуальной, операционально-деятельностной, оценочно-рефлексивной сфер.
