
В статье представлена модель системы комплексного оценивания качества деятельности современного вуза. В основу положен процессный подход, согласно которому вся деятельность учреждения рассматривается как совокупность взаимосвязанных, ориентированных на потребителя процессов.The model of the complex university work evaluation system is presented in the article. It is based on the process approach, according to which the whole activity of a university is considered as an aggregate of interconnected and customer-oriented processes.
