Статья посвящена особенностям участия подразделений вневедомственной охраны полиции в обеспечении охраны общественного порядка и безопасности. Проведен правовой анализ законодательного обеспечения изучаемой проблемы. Указаны направления возможного улучшения ситуации в рассматриваемой сфере деятельности в настоящее время.
The article considers the peculiarities of participation of extra-departmental security service in maintenance of public order and security. The author carries out a legal analysis of the legislative support of the problem and considers the areas of possible improvement in this field at the moment.
