Конгестивный синдром у женщин. Методы диагностики и лечения. Обзор литературы

Abstract

Конгестивный синдром с тазовыми болями не редкое явление, без характерной клинической симптоматики, обычно встречается у многорожавших женщин. Современная литература освещает много контраверсий в ведении таких пациенток. В статье описаны основные положения развития представлений о диагностике и лечении конгестивного синдрома, основанные на опыте отечественных и зарубежных авторов. Представлены как давно используемые методы, так и последние разработки в диагностике и лечении данного заболевания.

Pelvic pain syndrome is not rare clinical condition without specific symptoms and usually affects multiparous women. Numerous controversies in the management such patients are still present in current publications. Different diagnostic modalities were and are now used to delineate of anatomy and physiology of pelvic venous system. The well-known and recently developed approaches to treat patients with pelvic congestion syndrome are discussed in present overview of the scientific literature.
