Рационализаторское предложение в контексте совершенствования части четвертой ГК РФ

Abstract

В течение ближайших десятилетий Россия должна стать страной на базе интеллектуальной экономики и продуктов инновационной деятельности. В настоящее время в части четвертой ГК РФ отсутствуют рационализаторские предложения. Автор статьи считает целесообразным введение рационализаторских предложений в часть четвертую ГК РФ.
