Влияние синглетного кислорода на антиоксидантную активность плазмы крови in vitro и in vivo

Abstract

Исследование проведено на 30 крысах линии Вистар и 20 образцах крови здоровых людей. В качестве генератора синглетного кислорода (для ингаляций животных и барботажа крови) использовали аппарат синглетно-кислородной терапии “Airnergy”. Оценивали активность антиоксидантной системы и интенсивность перекисного окисления липидов в плазме крови на аппарате БХЛ-06. В исследованиях in vitro и in vivo установлено, что синглетный кислород увеличивает активность антиоксидантной системы, не влияя при этом на интенсивность липопероксидации.
