Правосубъектность государства и его органов: современное состояние и перспективы развития

Abstract

This article is devoted to research of the issues, connected with the participation of the state in civil legal relations. Analyzed are the problems, arising in connection with such participation, and associated first of all with the necessity of creation of the mechanism of civil-legal responsibility of the state.

Статья посвящена исследованию вопросов, связанных с участием государства в гражданско-правовых отношениях. Анализируются проблемы, возникающие в связи с таким участием, и связанные, прежде всего, с необходимостью создания механизма осуществления гражданско-правовой ответственности государства.
