Реформирование Организации Объединенных наций в контексте международных отношений

Abstract

In the article the author analyzes the reforming of the United Nations and its Security Council, the problems concerning globalization and consequences of the crisis. Particular attention is given to issues of international terrorism, poverty, natural calamities and transnational crime been raised in the Millennium Declaration. Considering the balance of force in the United Nations, the author points out African countries which actively participate in the process of the UN reforming.

В статье автор акцентирует внимание на реформировании ООН, ее Совета Безопасности, а также проблемах, связанных с глобализацией и последствиями кризисов. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам, поставленным в Декларации тысячелетия, включая международный терроризм, нищету, стихийные бедствия, транснациональную преступность. Анализируя расстановку сил внутри ООН, автор выделяет африканские страны, которые наряду с другими странами активно участвуют в реформировании ООН.
