Abstract

Considered the content of the objective side of the crime envisaged by part 2 of the article 176 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation, the notion and kinds of state special purpose loan, the procedure of its provision, the essence of the purpose of the loan, the procedure of control over the targeted use of credit funds.

Рассмотрены содержание объективной стороны преступления, предусмотренного ч.2 ст. 176 УК РФ, понятие и виды государственного целевого кредита, порядок его предоставления, сущность целевого характера кредита, порядок контроля за целевым использованием кредитных средств.
