Abstract

The biological container with a mechanoactivated nanodispersed placenta was injected into rabbit eye sclera during the experiment. Collagenogenesis in rabbit eye sclera was studied by atomic force microscopy with studying of mechanic hardness and degree resolved cross striation D-frequency. Formation of new collagen fibers in sclera in an implantation zone is proved.
