Abstract

This article covers the definitions and issues of correlation between the state and family institution. The real condition in the sphere of family and domestic relations was revealed. The analysis of the mostly spread features of family in the modern family and domestic relations as an object of administrative and legal protection is made.

В статье рассмотрены понятия и вопросы взаимосвязи государства с институтом семьи. Выявлено фактическое состояние сферы семейно-бытовых отношений. Представлен анализ наиболее распространенных признаков семьи и современных семейно-бытовых отношений как объекта административно-правовой охраны.
