Розничный блок коммерческого банка как система управления

Abstract

В статье даются определения понятий розничной банковской деятельности и розничного блока банка. В процессе системного анализа раскрываются цели, содержание и структура блока, взаимодействие его составляющих между собой и с внешней средой. Авторы доказывают, что эти свойства розничного блока открывают новые возможности для дальнейшего углубления теории банковского дела и расширяют практику управления розничным банковским бизнесом.
