Влияние дросселирования на движение воздушного потока во впускной системе двигателя в режиме прокрутки

Abstract

В статье описываются испытания штатной и модернизированной впускных систем, установленных на двигатель внутреннего сгорания. Для испытаний создана и опробована установка, позволяющая проводить исследования систем впуска ДВС в режиме прокрутки. Разработана универсальная методика исследования систем впуска ДВС, позволяющая оценить аэродинамическое сопротивление штатной и модернизированной систем ДВС. Разработана автоматизированная методика обработки результатов испытаний. Разработана специальная форма файла в программе Excel, которая выполняет автоматическое построение зависимостей давления от угла поворота коленчатого вала. Проведены испытания штатной и модернизированной систем впуска ДВС и дан сравнительный анализ данных полученных при испытаниях. Установлено, что применение модернизированной впускной системы обеспечивает более равномерное распределение воздушного потока по цилиндрам, а также снижает негативное влияние дроссельной заслонки на работу системы впуска. В результате применения модернизированной впускной системы удалось добиться равномерного распределения воздушного потока по впускным патрубкам.

In article tests of the regular and modernised inlet systems established on an internal combustion engine are described. For tests installation allowing is created and tested to conduct probes of systems of admission ДВС in a scrolling mode. The multiple-purpose technique of probe of systems of admission DVS is developed, allowing to estimate aerodynamic resistance of regular and modernised systems DVS. The automated technique of processing of results of tests is developed. The special form of a file in program Excel which carries out automatic construction of dependences of pressure from a crank angle is developed. Tests of the regular and modernised systems of admission DVS are conducted and the comparative analysis of the data received is given at tests. It is established that application of the modernised inlet system provides more an air flow equal distribution on cylinders, and also reduces negative influence of a throttle valve on work of system of an admission. As a result of application of the modernised inlet system it was possible to achieve an air flow equal distribution on inlet branch pipes.
