Abstract

The behavior of the accused under point of view of its importance for decision in a criminal case, as well as expanded the concept and structure of the behavioral characteristics of the accused.

Рассматривается поведение обвиняемого под углом зрения его значимости для принятия решений по уголовному делу, а также раскрывается понятие и структура поведенческой характеристики обвиняемого.
