Abstract

On the basis of extensive statistic material the hypothesis that cyclic fluctuations of the bank credit interest rate are determined by solar cycles is proved in the article. For the reasons given it is possible to forecast an interest rate in medium-term and longterm perspective and consequently to predict future economic situation in the world and particularly in Russia.
