Abstract

Legal culture, professional legal knowledge, beliefs and settings of a public servant determine the efficiency of public administration. Currently, the legal culture of public servants in our country does not still meet the requirements set out by the dynamic processes of economic, political and social reforms. Meanwhile, the formation of high legal culture should be a part of the work on reforming the system of authorities.
