Abstract

The article is devoted to studying the social and psychological factors of coping with critical situations adopted by businesswomen. The coping with critical situations in terms of event-biographic approach is considered. The chosen coping strategies interrelated with personality characteristics, understanding the meaning of life, career orientations, life course peculiarities of businesswomen are analyzed. In the article the factors of coping with critical situations adopted by businesswomen and women who have not been occupied with business are analyzed.

Статья посвящена анализу социально-психологичеких факторов преодоления критических жизненных ситуаций женщинами-предпринимателями. Преодоление критических ситуаций рассматривается с позиций событийно-биографического подхода. Анализируются выбираемые стратегии преодоления во взаимосвязи с личностными характеристиками, смысложизненными и карьерными ориентациями, особенностями жизненного пути. Проводится сравнительный анализ факторов преодоления КЖС предпринимательницами и женщинами, не занятых предпринимательской деятельностью.
