В данной статье разрабатывается модель совокупной стоимости владения программным продуктом для автоматизации налогового учета, предлагается методическое и инструментальное обеспечение расчетов совокупной стоимости владения информационной системой налогового учета, проводится оценка совокупной стоимости владения информационной системой «Налоговый учет» [4].
