Электродинамический анализ зон пропускания и запрещенных зон в спектре оптического фильтра на основе фотонного кристалла

Abstract

Проведено математическое моделирование дифракции электромагнитной волны на 3D-фотонно-кристаллической структуре декомпозиционным методом автономных блоков с каналами Флоке. Получены результаты электродинамического расчета коэффициента прохождения оптического излучения через оптический фильтр 3D-фотонно-кристаллическую структуру на основе опаловой матрицы в зависимости от частоты при различной толщине фотонного кристалла.
